GLWR will have a booth at the 2007 West Michigan Pet Expo, March 24th & 25th - stop by and say Hi! 

We'll have many terrific items for sale including our Swarovski Crystal Bracelets, Crystal Dog Necklaces, Collars, T-Shirts, Greeting Cards and so much more! Stop by and check us out!

   

The Expo will be held at the Delta Plex in Grand Rapids.  
March 24th - Saturday 10am-7pm
March 25th - Sunday 11am-5pm

Tickets: $5 adults, $3 child ages 5-12, under 5 free

      We just came back from the All about Pets show in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We volunteered in the Weim. booth promoting Adoptions and Rescues. We were very surprised at the amount of people that just don't realize that adopting a dog in need can be far more rewarding then getting one from a breeder. We have three rescues and there was another one at the booth named Cody formerly Harley also from the GLWR. There was also 2 puppies. Our 4 rescue's I must say stole the show. All of them were on their best behaviour...as they knew the gravity of the situation. Everybody was drawn to our Blue Weim. but once they found out that one of our other ones was blind they all migrated to him. They were amayzed at how well adjusted and easy going they all were. I really hope we opened a lot of peoples eyes and I myself gave out the GLWR web address about a dozen times quoting Sheena in peticular. (good luck girl) I hope you guys become overloaded with applications very soon.
